Boiler Repair in Surrey
No heating, no hot water, low pressure or an error code on the screen? Our Gas Safe engineers find the fault, explain it in plain English and fix it, usually on the first visit. We cover Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire and London 24 hours a day.
Boiler repair prices
We keep repair pricing simple. You pay our hourly rate for the time on site, plus the cost of any parts. We tell you what is wrong and what it will cost before we fit anything, so there are no surprises.

Parts prices vary by make and model. Prices are based from our KT16 postcode and extra charges may apply beyond 10 miles. See our full pricing page.
If a repair is going to cost close to the price of a new boiler, we will say so and give you a quote for both. We would rather you make the right call than spend money on a boiler that is near the end of its life. If replacing makes more sense, see our new boiler installation in Surrey page.

Boiler repair FAQs
How much does a boiler repair cost?
Our labour rate is £80 an hour + VAT, which covers the first hour on site including diagnosis. Most repairs then cost £100 to £500 + VAT in total depending on the part. We always tell you the price before we fit anything.
How quickly can you come out?
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For customers within about 15 miles of Addlestone we can usually be with you within the hour in an emergency. Non-urgent repairs are often booked the same or next day.
Do you repair all makes of boiler?
We repair all the main makes including Ideal, Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Baxi, Viessmann, Glow-worm and Potterton. We carry common parts in the van so many faults are fixed on the first visit.
Is it worth repairing an old boiler?
If the boiler is under 10 years old and the part is affordable, a repair is usually the sensible choice. If it is 12 to 15 years old, breaking down often or the repair is a large part of the cost of a new one, we will tell you straight. Our guide on when to replace your boiler goes through the signs.
My boiler is under warranty. Should I call you?
Call the manufacturer first, as a warranty repair is usually free. If we fitted the boiler we will help you arrange it. If the warranty has run out or the fault is not covered, we can repair it.
What should I do if I smell gas?
Do not use switches or flames. Open the windows, turn off the gas at the meter if you can and call the National Gas Emergency number on 0800 111 999 straight away. Once the supply is made safe we can repair the appliance.
Can I fix anything myself before calling?
Some things, yes. Check the pressure gauge (it should read about 1 to 1.5 bar when cold), make sure the gas and power are on, check the thermostat and try a reset. In freezing weather a frozen condensate pipe is a common cause. Never take the boiler casing off.
