About us

Hopkins Plumbing & Heating Solutions Ltd ("HPH Solutions") provides domestic and commercial plumbing and heating services. We are Gas Safe registered (registration number 5987417) and based at 7 Woodlands Park, Addlestone, Surrey, KT15 1AG.

Quotes and pricing

All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information available at the time of assessment. If additional work is needed beyond the original scope, we will discuss this with you and agree a revised price before proceeding.

Work guarantee

All labour carried out by HPH Solutions comes with a 1-year guarantee from the date of completion. Any parts supplied by us are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If an issue arises with our workmanship within the guarantee period, we will return and fix it at no additional cost.

Payment terms

Payment is due on completion of the work unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. For larger projects, staged payments may be arranged.

Cancellation

You may cancel a booking with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a call-out charge if an engineer has already been assigned.

Liability

HPH Solutions carries full public liability insurance. We take all reasonable care when working in your property. Any pre-existing damage or issues discovered during work will be reported to you before proceeding.

Gas safety

All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers in accordance with current Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations. A Gas Safe certificate will be provided for all gas work. Our Gas Safe registration number is 5987417.
